You will be pleased to know perhaps, that this semester has started better for me. I have one less class i.e 50 less students, and only 2 texts to work from plus they are all the same level so I'm not trying to do several streams at once. This time they are all Oral classes from the International Trade Major. I think I might be able to keep my head above water this time around. Another plus is that one of my classes, the Freshman class, (and another 50+ students), will not start with me until Oct 8th as they are presently out on the square in the blazing heat and humidity doing their military training - poor things. All students have to do this before they start.............
Mick on the other hand is not so happy as although he has one less class as well, and
two of his Freshman classes are doing their military training, he is teaching all Oral English - not his favourite subject especially under the conditions here.....but he soldiers on.
