You'll be pleased to know that we have found an area where single family dwellings can be found. As we were cycling home from 'Sunnylands' where Jin Zheng lives, we turned into a complex of houses such as you might find in Canada. As yet we have no idea how much they might cost and what they might include but as you see, from the outside they look much the same as in Canada. This, we understand, is called a village or village houses!
Some were in need of maintenance and repair, others were in the process of being renovated and as you see from the one with the red car, some of them have pretty heavy duty gates awaiting closure. The whole complex was behind a 12ft. (at least) brick wall and had a guard and barrier at the entrance - as does 'Sunnylands'...and as have we.
